QTC Management is in search of skilled LVN/LPN professionals to travel regionally, providing essential support to our Veterans during their medical disability assessments.

Candidates must reside in the North Central states: IA, NE, ND, SD, WI.

This position is remote and requires up to 70% regional travel. Applicants must live in an NLC state.

Compensation is based on experience and geographical location, with the following hourly ranges:

Level III - $32.00- $ (based on years of experience)

Level IV - $ (based on years of experience)
  • Eligibility for quarterly bonuses of up to 6%
  • Merit increase eligibility

QTC Management is expanding its Travel Team and seeks experienced LPN/LVNs. Travel up to 70% regionally to support Mobile Clinical Operations (MCO) and assist our veterans.

The ideal candidate will reside in a nursing compact state and possess an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).

In this fulfilling role, you will:
  • Assist clinical providers by taking medical histories, administering injections, and providing patient support.
  • Accurately execute clinical staff/provider orders.
  • Perform standard diagnostic procedures, including EKGs, venipuncture, and lab specimen preparation.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinical environment.
  • Chaperone during examinations as required.
  • Handle front office responsibilities, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and data entry.
  • Verify clinical orders and assist in medication reconciliation.
  • Collaborate with providers to ensure timely and accurate report submissions.
  • Complete administrative duties, including expense reports, in accordance with company policy.
Typical Day:

This is a FULL-TIME DIRECT HIRE ROLE with QTC Management.
  • Must be open to National Travel: While primarily traveling within your designated region, flexibility to travel to other states may be required.
  • Work alongside a dedicated team of nurses, providers, and mobile unit staff.
  • Travel Schedule: Two weeks of travel followed by one week of remote administrative work.
  • Training: One week of remote training followed by one week of in-person training.
  • No hassle travel arrangements: Our travel team manages all travel logistics.
  • Corporate credit card provided for expenses, with a daily per diem for meals.
  • Additional Perks: Travel time is compensated from the airport to the hotel.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of clinical experience in Primary Care, Family Care, Internal Medicine, Urgent Care, or ER.
  • Proficiency in Manual Vitals, EKGs, Blood Draws, and Venipuncture.
  • Active and clear LPN/LVN license.
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required (candidates willing to obtain prior to hire may apply).
  • Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) to practice across the U.S. (required prior to hire).
  • Valid U.S. Driver's License and willingness to drive between locations.
  • Residency in a nursing compact state and within 50 miles of a major U.S. airport.
  • Ability to pass a National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) background investigation.
*Employment as a Travel LPN LVN will include successful completion of a 90-day probationary period with specific objectives to achieve. This period allows both the candidate and QTC Management to assess readiness for the role. Documentation, training, and performance feedback will be provided throughout this timeframe.
