Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Travel Nurse ICU RN to join our team at MedPro Healthcare Staffing. As a Travel Nurse ICU RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in patient condition
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

Requirements:

  • Active RN license in good standing
  • Minimum 18 months of experience in ICU setting
  • Current BLS and ACLS certification
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
