Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Distribution Associate to join our team at Chico's FAS, Inc. This role is responsible for processing women's apparel/accessory merchandise to retail stores and direct sales customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and stock inbound merchandise from vendors
  • Meet or exceed productivity standards
  • Provide suggestions for improving operational flows
  • Operate electric pallet jacks, stand-up reach trucks, and other manual equipment
  • Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately within scheduled time frames
  • Inspect incoming or returned merchandise
  • Follow company housekeeping and safety standards
  • Perform physical inventory twice a year
  • Maintain an acceptable level of attendance
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-3 years of warehouse/distribution experience preferred
  • Ability to learn to operate reach trucks, order pickers, and electric pallet jacks
  • Ability to learn all distribution processes
  • Excellent attendance record
Working Conditions

This role requires constant standing, frequent bending, and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards is essential.
