Job Title: Speech Therapist

Job Summary:

Soliant is seeking a skilled Speech Therapist to join our team in providing high-quality speech and language services to students in elementary, middle, and high school levels. As a Speech Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing and diagnosing speech, language, and communication disorders, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and delivering direct therapy services to students.

Responsibilities:

  • Assessment and Diagnosis: Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
  • Treatment Planning: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs) to address the needs of students.
  • Direct Therapy Services: Deliver direct therapy services to students, including speech, language, and communication therapy.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student development and provide comprehensive services.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and documentation of student progress and treatment plans.
  • Professional Development: Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices and industry developments.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
  • Licensure: Current California state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Certification: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred.
