Job Title: Speech Therapist
Job Summary:
Soliant is seeking a skilled Speech Therapist to join our team in providing high-quality speech and language services to students in elementary, middle, and high school levels. As a Speech Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing and diagnosing speech, language, and communication disorders, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and delivering direct therapy services to students.
Responsibilities:
- Assessment and Diagnosis: Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
- Treatment Planning: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs) to address the needs of students.
- Direct Therapy Services: Deliver direct therapy services to students, including speech, language, and communication therapy.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student development and provide comprehensive services.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and documentation of student progress and treatment plans.
- Professional Development: Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
Qualifications:
- Education: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
- Licensure: Current California state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Certification: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred.
