Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and Lead Maintenance Projects: Oversee and participate in preventative maintenance projects with the operations team.
  • Product Delivery and Application: Schedule and oversee product delivery and application, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Agronomy Product Application: Assist with the application and delivery of agronomy products to customers.
  • Shop Maintenance: Maintain shop tools and facilities, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Talent Acquisition and Training: Assist with the recruitment and training of operational personnel.
Requirements:
