About the Role

Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning and scheduling production work to optimize reliability and efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records and files to analyze performance and provide insights to plant staff.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to stay within budget, ensuring sufficient stock for production and minimizing waste.
  • Coordinate the distribution of finished products to various warehouses, focusing on timely delivery and minimal disruptions.
  • Develop long-range plans to minimize production line changeovers and optimize resource allocation.
  • Prioritize replenishing out-of-stock items and forecast future demands for critical materials.
  • Review and analyze actual versus estimated labor and material usage to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in food manufacturing is preferred.
  • Effective communication and organizational skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and planning software.
  • Self-motivation, ability to prioritize tasks, and strong analytical skills.
