The Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef to join our team at Woodman's Bar & Grill. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving excellence in food quality, kitchen processes, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Creating and designing menu items and specials in collaboration with the head chef and sous chef
- Developing and implementing kitchen processes to ensure high-quality food and efficient operations
- Training and developing kitchen staff to operate at the highest levels
- Managing kitchen opening, closing, and side duties as directed by the Executive Chef
- Leading the kitchen team in the absence of the head chef and sous chef
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Sous Chef in a high-volume kitchen environment
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent culinary skills, with a focus on creativity and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure
