A highly experienced IT Support Specialist is sought after by System One to join their team as a Level 4 HelpDesk professional. This role involves handling complex and high-priority IT incidents escalated from lower support levels.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IT support, strong troubleshooting skills, and leadership ability to resolve advanced technical issues and drive the overall quality of support operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the highest level of support for escalated IT incidents, handling complex and high-priority technical issues that require expert-level knowledge.
- Troubleshoot and resolve advanced technical problems, including system configurations, network issues, security concerns, and server-related incidents.
- Manage inbound contacts from various channels, providing expert guidance and resolution for escalated incidents.
- Collaborate with IT leadership and other specialized teams to investigate and resolve critical incidents, providing solutions that are sustainable in the long term.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to lower-level support teams.
Benefits:
This position offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career growth and professional development.
