Role Overview

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing litigation cases and addressing legal disputes on behalf of clients. This includes drafting agreements, negotiating contracts, setting claims, and advocating for clients in court. Building strong client relationships and ensuring a high-quality customer experience is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive legal support to clients and collaborate with senior attorneys.
  • Oversee wage and hour class actions, PAGA actions, and individual employment lawsuits from inception to resolution.
  • Conduct extensive legal research and analysis, draft various legal documents such as motions, pleadings, and briefs, and represent clients in court hearings and trials.
  • Maintain and nurture client relationships.
  • Prepare detailed legal reports and documentation.
  • Attend court hearings and trials as necessary.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Active membership in the California Bar.
  • 1-3+ years of experience in employment law.
