Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Skincare Specialist to provide exceptional esthetic services at RSO Corp.

Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday (Closed on Sunday & Monday)

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a range of esthetic services, including facials, waxing, and body treatments.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Promote additional services and products to enhance client experience.
- Advise clients on effective skincare routines and suggest suitable products.
- Maintain a tidy and organized workspace.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends and techniques in the esthetics field.

Qualifications:
- Must possess a valid esthetician license.
- Proven experience in esthetic services, particularly facials, waxing, and body treatments.
- Knowledge of nail care, dermal fillers, and Botox is advantageous.
- Familiarity with salon software and front desk operations is preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: Starting at $15.00 per hour plus tips

Work Environment: In-person
