Seasonal Immunizing Pharmacist PT

CVS Health is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Staff Pharmacist to join our team. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient care and promoting public health through immunization services.

• Provide expert immunization services to patients, including vaccinations and medication management.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans that promote healthy outcomes.
• Lead by example, demonstrating empathy and compassion in all interactions with patients, colleagues, and caregivers.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve patient engagement, education, and adherence to treatment plans.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest immunization guidelines, regulations, and best practices to ensure high-quality patient care.

• Active pharmacy license in the state of employment.
• Immunization certification through an accredited organization.
• Free of pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances.
• Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree.
