Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Technical Process Operator to join our team at our modernized manufacturing site in Solon, Ohio. As a Technical Process Operator, you will play a vital role in supporting the operation of one or more automated in-line agile manufacturing systems.

Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring and refreshing worn tooling using robotics, work piece loading, executing assigned equipment calibration and preventive maintenance, making adjustments to existing equipment, reporting malfunctions or abnormalities and making minor repairs, aligning and securing tooling, holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, or materials onto machines, troubleshooting and determining causes of operating errors, and performing inspection of machined products.

To succeed in this role, you must possess a High School diploma or equivalent. Preferred technical knowledge includes apprenticeship/technical certifications, an Associate's degree, or hands-on experience with CNC, Robotics, Manufacturing controls and systems. Strong knowledge in manufacturing safety, technical manufacturing, business acumen, basic computer skills, PLC, HMI is also required.

This position requires flexibility for over/under shift coverage. The successful candidate will have excellent physical stamina, able to lift 25 pounds with frequency, stand, and move around on feet for the entire shift.
