Randstad Staffing is seeking a skilled MIG welder to join a 100% employee-owned business in Delano, MN. As a key member of the production team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality metal products according to customer and company specifications.

• Read and interpret diagrams, sketches, and blueprints to ensure accurate production
• Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment to achieve optimal results
• Assemble components in jigs or fixtures, aligning parts to ensure proper assembly
• Clean excess weld, slag, and spatter to meet quality standards
• Verify conformance of completed parts to specifications

• 1+ year(s) of previous professional welding experience required
• Welding experience with aluminum required; stainless steel experience preferred
• Able to lift up to 50lbs
• Post-secondary certificate or vocational training preferred
• Successfully pass internal AWS weld test
