Paralegal Advisor

Triangle Smart Divorce is looking for a Paralegal Advisor to join our team in Cary, North Carolina. This is a full-time position with a negotiable salary based on experience and bonus opportunities.

The successful applicant will have a Bachelor's Degree and be certified by the North Carolina State Bar as a paralegal. Previous Family Law experience is preferred, but not required. The ideal candidate will have strong research and writing skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and excellent organizational abilities.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. A generous benefits package is offered, including employer-paid health insurance, 401(k), paid vacations and holidays, and short-term and long-term disability coverage.

As a Paralegal Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, communicating with other parties to provide updates and gather information, and assisting with all aspects of divorce cases. You will also be involved in drafting pleadings and agreements, scheduling case events and hearings, maintaining client files, filing pleadings with the court, and tracking and monitoring court filings.
