About the Role:

As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping our residents regain their independence and improve their quality of life. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized treatment plans that cater to each resident's unique needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Educate residents and their families on proper techniques and exercises to promote continued progress

Requirements:

  • Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state(s) of practice
  • Valid driver's license (when required)
