At Lake Naomi Club, a distinguished Country Club located in the scenic Pocono Mountains, we are seeking to enhance our Food & Beverage Team for the summer season. As a Kitchen Sanitation Specialist, your role will be vital in maintaining the efficiency of our kitchen and dining services.

  • Ensure all dishware is thoroughly cleaned and available for immediate use.
  • Maintain the sanitation solutions in compliance with local health regulations.
  • Follow established protocols for operating and shutting down the dishwashing equipment.
  • Keep the dishwashing area and surrounding spaces clean and organized daily.
  • Adhere to proper sanitation practices when cleaning dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen tools.
  • Organize and store clean dishware on designated shelves.
  • Regularly dispose of waste and replace garbage bags as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen by sweeping and mopping floors.
  • Perform cleaning and sanitization tasks throughout your shift.
  • Address any issues with the dishwashing machine promptly.
  • Communicate effectively with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef regarding any operational concerns.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive work atmosphere with fellow team members.
  • Take on additional tasks as assigned by the Executive Chef or Sous Chef.
