We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Manager to join our team at Providence Holy Cross Medical Center. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Emergency Department, ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care and service.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Nurse Manager/Director in planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating services of the unit.
- Collaborate with the Nurse Manager/Director to manage and staff the unit.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital standards.
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field.
- Current California Registered Nurse License.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
- National California Fire and Life Safety Card - National Organization certification.
- 3 years of recent clinical experience in an acute care hospital.
- Charge Nurse/Relief Charge Nurse experience.
- Leadership experience.
- Shared Governance experience.
