About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician to join our team at A New Leaf Therapeutic Services PLLC. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality ABA therapy services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Responsibilities
  • Provide one-on-one therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, implementing treatment plans as directed by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts.
  • Record and graph therapy data to track progress and inform treatment decisions.
  • Attend monthly trainings, supervision, and workshops to stay up-to-date on best practices in ABA therapy.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, including appearance, punctuality, and communication with all stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Either possess or be able to obtain an RBT credential through the BACB.
  • 2 years of experience in ABA therapy preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable means of transportation.
  • Full coverage automobile insurance.
  • Pass a federal, state, and county criminal background check.
  • BLS and CPR certification.
