Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN Job Summary

At BridgePoint Healthcare, our Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN plays a vital role in providing nursing care to patients in a safe and welcoming environment. As a member of our team, you will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care and promote healing and wellness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide nursing care to patients according to established nursing standards and hospital policies and procedures.
  • Perform specific nursing services, such as administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited program for licensed practical nurses.
  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN license from the Department of Health.
  • BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred.
  • Minimum one year's prior experience in an acute care setting preferred.
