We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in the Medsurg/Telemetry unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care, utilizing the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, and implement individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Develop and maintain a safe and efficient work environment, adhering to hospital policies and procedures.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members, ensuring clear and concise information exchange.
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of combined experience required in Medsurg/Telemetry and Intermediate Care.
- BLS required.
