We are seeking an experienced Inventory Control Associate to join our team at Synectics. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the receipt, storage, and shipment of GMP raw materials and manufacturing aides. Key responsibilities include:

  • Receiving, inspecting, and storing GMP raw materials and manufacturing aides.
  • Shipping GMP bulk drug substance, intermediates, and QC samples with IATA/DOT 19 CFR Certification.
  • Conducting cycle counts and inventory reconciliation as required.
  • Programming, tracking, and downloading temperature monitors as needed.
  • Ensuring accurate and up-to-date inventory records.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a business field or related discipline.
  • IATA/DOT 49 Certification desired.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Able to lift 50 lbs.
  • Current Valid DL.
  • 2+ years of GMP materials management experience.
