Job Summary

The Site Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring the safety and security of personnel and assets. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports related to security operations.

Requirements

  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in computer software and systems, including security management systems.
  • State Armed Security Guard license required.
  • Must be fluent in speaking and writing in English.
  • Must be able to pass criminal background screen, drug test, and physical exam.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience with security management software and systems.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations, such as OSHA and HIPAA.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
Work Environment

The Site Operations Manager will work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent interactions with security personnel, management, and clients. The role requires strong communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
