About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to learn and grow with our company. As an Operations Manager Trainee, you will be responsible for gaining a deep understanding of our operations and developing the skills necessary to independently manage a dental office.
Key Responsibilities- Model company culture and values, and create an environment that promotes a positive and productive work environment.
- Assess, hire, and retain team members through comprehensive training, supervision, counseling, and coaching.
- Investigate and resolve staff and patient issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Execute the PDS Operational Model with consistency to meet identified office imperatives.
- Drive year-over-year revenue and profit growth.
- Manage expenses to achieve monthly goals and budget.
- Show proficiency and adherence to cash management and accounting protocols.
- Develop and implement an office success plan, including staff development and office protocols.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Five or more years of related work experience in operational management.
- Valid driver's license and automobile insurance (or reliable means of alternate transportation).
- Associate degree or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Five or more years of experience leading a team, mentoring, and coaching subordinates.
- Competitive hourly rate: $32.50-$45.50.
