Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide essential services to students. This role is ideal for an SLP who is committed to improving communication skills in a collaborative educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored speech therapy services to students with diverse communication needs.
- Develop and execute individualized treatment plans that align with each student's unique objectives and challenges.
- Conduct regular assessments and document student progress, modifying treatment strategies as necessary to promote success.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other staff to foster a nurturing educational atmosphere.
- Maintain precise records of therapy sessions and ensure timely documentation.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA, or eligibility for the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
- Valid license to practice as an SLP in the relevant state.
- Experience in an educational setting is preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
