We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Caregiver to join our team at RHA Health Services. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing support and assistance to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental health, and substance use challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist individuals with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals, promoting a sense of belonging and well-being.
  • Assist with health and safety procedures, including medication administration and first aid.
  • Support individuals in achieving their personal goals and outcomes, through person-centered planning and community integration.
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless support and services.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Valid driver's license (if required for transportation).
  • Ability to lift 30 pounds and perform physical tasks as required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
