This position is located in a supportive environment at the Department of Rehabilitation.
COVID-19 Impacts to Working at DOR
The Department of Rehabilitation ensures a safe work environment while following current health orders.
The Department of Rehabilitation serves Californians with disabilities, and the Department seeks a Seasonal Clerk to provide administrative support.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide clerical support to office staff as a receptionist
- Answer phones and assist/speak with the public
- Fax or photocopy documents, create and organize files, and assist in compiling or tabulating data
- Process incoming mail by sorting and distributing, and process outgoing mail by stuffing envelopes
Working Conditions
Seasonal Clerks are not allowed to work more than 1500 hours in a calendar year.
Special Requirements
