As a skilled Dialysis Nurse, you will join a team of dedicated professionals who strive to provide exceptional care to patients with kidney failure or chronic kidney disease. With no prior experience in dialysis required, this role is perfect for those looking to make a difference in the lives of others.

Some of the key responsibilities of this position include:
• Building strong relationships with patients and their families in an outpatient setting.
• Collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care.
• Overseeing a group of patients with support from PCTs, conducting patient observations, measuring stats, and machine setup.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a minimum of an Associate's Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing. Experience in intensive care units, critical care units, emergency rooms, or medical surgical units is highly valued, although not required. Certification as a nephrology nurse (CNN) or certified dialysis nurse (CDN) is also beneficial.
