Job Overview

Salary: $24.00 to $28.00 Hourly DOE

T&H Realty Services, Inc., a leading provider in residential property management, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician to handle maintenance tasks for single-family residences across Central Indiana. Ideal candidates will have:

  • Over 3 years of experience in residential maintenance.
  • Proficient computer skills and familiarity with mobile technology.
  • Capability to diagnose and execute repairs in light plumbing, light electrical work, carpentry, drywall, and painting.
  • Strong customer service, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Possession of necessary tools for maintenance tasks.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Availability for rotating 24-hour emergency on-call duties.
  • A valid Indiana Driver's License with a clean driving record.
  • Willingness to undergo drug testing and background checks.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform daily maintenance tasks as assigned.
  • Meet weekly billable time targets consistently.
  • Participate in weekly team meetings.
  • Complete additional related duties as required.
