Responsibilities:

The Senior Vice President of Field Operations will lead and develop a diverse array of field teams to achieve company objectives.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess 15-20 years of extensive experience in utility construction field operations, demonstrating a strong operational or cross-functional background. A proven track record in planning, organizing, and executing successful construction projects across a broad scope is essential.

Educational Background:

A Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or a related field, such as Construction or Project Management, is required.

• Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
• Military experience is also advantageous.
