Job Summary

Merrick Industries is seeking a skilled PCB Assembler to join our team. As a key member of our electronics manufacturing team, you will be responsible for assembling, populating components, soldering, testing, and repairing electronic printed circuit board assemblies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble and populate components on printed circuit boards
  • Solder small parts and components
  • Test and inspect finished printed circuit boards
  • Operate computer-controlled automated equipment
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs
  • Ensure quality assurance of finished work
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 6 months or more related experience and/or training in thru-hole and surface mount assembly
  • Ability to read and execute test instructions and electronic assembly drawings
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
Working Conditions

The work environment is a manufacturing facility with regular exposure to fumes or airborne particles, vibration, and risk of electrical shock. Hearing protection may be required in designated areas.
