Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Donations Processor. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for receiving and processing donated goods while providing exceptional customer service to our donors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sort and process donated goods in a timely and efficient manner
• Deliver donated goods to the merchandise pricing staff to meet daily production standards and goals
• Promote and adhere to Goodwill-Easter Seals' mission and values
About You:
• Ability to effectively communicate with supervisors, employees, and customers
• Ability to work independently and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and interact with a diverse population
