Compensation & Benefits:
Salary:
Competitive hourly wage ranging from $36.44 to $58.30, dependent on experience and education.
Retention Incentive:
A generous $20,000 Retention Bonus is available.
Relocation Support:

Key Responsibilities:
As a Mammography Technologist, you will:
- Independently conduct prescribed imaging procedures in line with departmental policies and protocols.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
- Educate patients and their families about procedures and treatments.
- Produce high-quality imaging results for accurate interpretation.
- Maintain thorough documentation and adhere to safety standards.
- Manage equipment quality control and troubleshoot issues as needed.
- Uphold ethical and professional standards in all interactions.
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
A certificate or diploma from an accredited Radiologic Technology program, national certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists, and state licensure as required. BLS certification is mandatory. Candidates should possess at least two years of clinical experience, preferably in an acute care setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with DEXA imaging is advantageous.
