Grow Op Farms is seeking dedicated Plant Technicians to join our team. This is a Full-Time opportunity in a dynamic and fast-paced production environment.

Position Summary
The role involves the meticulous care and cultivation of cannabis plants from their vegetative stage through to harvest. The individual will uphold the ethical standards and business practices of our Grow Op.

Key Responsibilities

• Plant cannabis and manage soil preparation.
• Water cannabis plants and administer nutrients and other inputs.
• Conduct plant maintenance, including pruning and training.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the cultivation facility.
• Assist in setting up new cultivation areas.
• Harvest cannabis as required.
• Support Research & Development initiatives as assigned.
• Carry out additional duties as necessary or assigned.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following minimum qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Education and Experience:
Successful candidates will possess:

• A High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in general agriculture.
• Prior cannabis cultivation experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Alternatively, a combination of education and relevant experience is acceptable.

Physical Requirements:
To perform this job effectively, individuals must be able to:

• Engage in prolonged periods of sitting or standing (approximately 8 hours) while performing repetitive tasks, including using hands for various activities, walking, sitting, twisting, turning, pulling/pushing, reaching, climbing, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Occasionally perform climbing, stooping, crouching, crawling, and sensory tasks.
• Clearly see distances of 20+ feet, with or without corrective lenses, and distinguish between colors (no color blindness).
