HVIT SSVT Winder

Job Summary:

The SSVT Winder is a key member of our team at Hitachi Energy, responsible for setting up and operating SSVT coil winding machines to wind coils from drawings and specifications. This role requires a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and a commitment to safety and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform pressing operations to prepare coils for winding
• Insulate coils to ensure electrical safety and efficiency
• Core windings to meet precise specifications
• Bake windings to achieve optimal performance
• Assemble windings to ensure seamless integration

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent, plus at least two years' experience in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
