We are currently looking for skilled 1st and 2nd shift Structural Welders / Fabricators for our plate and structural assembly operations.

  • Fundamental understanding of assembling plate, structural components, and piping using technical drawings, specifications, and work orders.
  • Utilize cutting torches to shape beams, cut and bevel plates, and heat treat components.
  • Expertise in fitting and welding diverse materials including carbon steel, stainless steel, inconel, and aluminum.
  • Welding techniques may encompass Flux-cored Arc Welding (FCAW), Metal-cored Arc Welding (MCAW), Gas Metal Arc Welding (MIG), Shielded Metal Arc Welding (Stick), Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (TIG), and Submerged Arc Welding (SAW).
  • Execute welding tasks in flat, horizontal, and vertical orientations.
  • Deliver consistent welds that meet technical drawings and client specifications.
  • Adhere to welding procedure specifications (WPS) for setting up welding equipment and verifying weld dimensions with company-issued gauges.
  • Operate overhead cranes and forklifts as needed to transport materials within the facility.

Requirements:

  • Ability to interpret and comprehend technical drawings.
  • Capability to pass various welding assessments.
  • Understanding of standard welding symbols.
  • Basic mathematical skills.
  • 1 - 3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or fabrication setting.
  • Experience operating cranes.
  • Forklift operation experience.
  • Trade certification or equivalent practical experience.

Compensation: $19 - $23 per hour.
