Job Summary and Qualifications

The MRI Technologist PRN is responsible for performing a variety of imaging procedures ordered by the physician. This role requires a dedicated and compassionate individual who can deliver exceptional care to adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients.

  • Facilitate the operations of the MRI department.
  • Assist the MRI Supervisor with day-to-day activities, balancing budgetary constraints, equipment, and personnel needs, while ensuring quality improvement and exceptional care.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life span and possess the ability to assess data reflective of the patient's requirements relative to their age-specific needs.
  • Deliver compassionate, holistic care, while supporting the rights and dignity of all patients.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an Accredited Radiology Technologist program.
  • Current Registration with American Registry of Radiology Technologist (ARRT).
  • MRI registered or within 6 months of hire.
  • American Heart BLS.
  • One-year experience preferred.
