Key Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Prepare residents for meals, snacks, and recreational activities.
  • Support residents during dining experiences.
  • Respond promptly to resident emergency calls.
  • Document any changes in resident health status.
  • Communicate effectively with residents and their families.
  • Maintain necessary documentation in accordance with regulations.
  • Provide transportation assistance to residents as required.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High School diploma or GED is preferred.
  • CNA certification is preferred or willingness to pursue PCA training.
  • Possess a positive attitude and a genuine passion for serving seniors.
  • Previous experience working with seniors is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities.
