Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures and ensure the overall condition of our properties.
- Respond to service requests in a timely and efficient manner, interacting with residents and ensuring their needs are met.
- Coordinate with management to prioritize and complete tasks, ensuring our properties are always in good working order.
- Prepare vacant units for occupancy, adhering to established timeframes and standards.
- Inspect property mechanical systems and grounds, addressing safety issues promptly.
- Conduct routine preventative maintenance activities in partnership with our Maintenance Supervisor.
- Partner with our Maintenance Supervisor to prepare sites for inspections and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Participate in our emergency on-call rotation, providing prompt assistance as needed.
- At least 2 years of maintenance/facilities experience, with a preference for affordable housing experience.
- Ability to work our emergency on-call rotation as needed and lift up to 50 lbs.
