We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Engineering Media Specialist to join our team at Ateliere Creative Technologies. This role is pivotal in driving our continued growth in the media and entertainment sector, with a focus on pre-sales and post-sales phases as well as product strategy from a market perspective.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of live production workflows, broadcast systems, and technologies. They will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to design and implement scalable and reliable solutions for content production, media management, distribution, and consumption.

This individual will also be responsible for ensuring solutions comply with industry standards and best practices. They will conduct product demos outlining product benefits and mapping them to customers' workflow.

The Cloud Engineering Media Specialist will lead implementation plans and strategies, ensuring alignment with customers and their requirements. They will provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to ensure the sustained success of delivered solutions in live TV production environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design scalable and reliable solutions for content production, media management, distribution, and consumption.
  • Implement cloud-based workflows to enable content consumption from ideation to distribution.
  • Ensure solutions comply with industry standards and best practices.
  • Conduct product demos outlining product benefits and mapping them to customers' workflow.
  • Lead implementation plan and strategy, ensuring alignment with customers and their requirements.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to ensure the sustained success of delivered solutions in live TV production environments.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a solution architect role, preferably within the Digital Distribution, Media Supply Chain, Live TV production, and Sports technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of live production and sports workflows, broadcast systems, and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet the demanding schedules of the evolving media & entertainment landscape.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with live broadcasting systems, media asset management, and real-time content distribution.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based solutions and services for live TV production.
  • Familiarity with software development methodologies and tools relevant to live TV production.

The expected annual salary range for this position is $175K-$190K + Bonus, depending on geographic location, applicable experience, and skillset of the candidate. Benefits include competitive salary, medical, dental, vision, 401(K), company holidays, and generous paid time off (PTO) policy.
