Job Title: Beauty Therapist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Beauty Therapist to join our team at LIT & Aesthetics.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional skin care services, including waxing, facials, body treatments, and skincare education. They will work closely with clients to understand their skin concerns and provide personalized recommendations for treatment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform a variety of skin care treatments, including waxing, facials, and body treatments
  • Conduct consultations with clients to assess their skin concerns and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that clients feel welcome and valued
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations
Requirements:
  • State licensure to practice as an esthetician
  • 1+ years of industry experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
