About DivaDance


DivaDance is the premier brand for pop-music inspired, choreography-based dance classes and programs.


The Role


You will teach original choreography to songs ranging from Beyoncé to Justin Bieber in our classes for all levels, following a consistent DivaDance format. Our ideal candidate has a big personality, experience creating choreography and teaching adults, and is highly responsive via phone and text.


Responsibilities


Teach 1-2 classes per week, mostly in the evenings and possibly on weekends, at our studios in Northern Virginia. You will be required to complete our online Instructor Development Program before teaching your first class, which is provided at no cost to you.


Requirements


You must have experience teaching and choreographing for adults, preferably with a background in dance teams, drill teams, or cheerleading. You will need to submit a video of your original choreography as part of the application process.


Compensation


Compensation starts at $35 per class.
