Community Partners, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Analyst/BCBA to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing behavior support services for adults with autism spectrum disorders, intellectual disabilities, and individuals dually diagnosed with mental health and intellectual disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify individual needs and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Provide training and supervision to caregivers and direct support staff on proper implementation of programs and behavior intervention plans
  • Collect and analyze data to inform treatment decisions and monitor progress
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support
Requirements
  • Master's degree or PhD in a relevant field
  • 2+ years of experience in a related role
  • Supervisory experience
  • Current Board Certification as a BCBA
  • Experience working with adults and youth with intellectual and developmental disabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
