Job Description:">Lucas Tree Experts is a leading provider of tree care services. We're seeking a motivated Arborist Trainee / Climber to join our transmission crew. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely removing and maintaining vegetation to protect the power grid. This is a full-time, year-round opportunity that requires manual labor, pesticide application, and equipment operation. Responsibilities:
  • Remove vegetation from work areas.
  • Apply pesticides.
  • Safely operate forestry equipment (skidders, mowers, chainsaws, ATV's).
  • Perform line clearance, pruning, and removals.

Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Must be physically able to perform job duties.
  • Must be willing to work at varying heights.
  • Must be willing and able to obtain a CDL A or B license.
  • Must pass a post-offer physical and drug screen, background check, and motor vehicle check.
