Job Title: Parts Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Parts Coordinator to join our team at The Boyd Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of parts to our repair centers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the ordering, receiving, and storage of parts to meet production schedules
  • Verify the accuracy and quality of parts received, ensuring they meet our quality standards
  • Communicate effectively with vendors, team members, and customers to resolve any issues or concerns
  • Enter parts invoices into our Management Information System (MIS) and reconcile vendor invoices
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of parts inventory, including labeling and tracking
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-3 years of experience in automotive parts or a related field preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask, with a focus on accuracy and quality
  • Working knowledge of vehicle repairs practices and management information systems
