Role Overview

L'Occitane En Provence is seeking a skilled Seasonal Beauty Host to join our team. As a Seasonal Beauty Host, you will be responsible for creating a sensory oasis within our beauty space, providing exceptional guest experiences, and fostering genuine connections with each visitor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Experience & Hosting: Prioritize each guest as if they were a cherished guest in your home, extending warm hospitality and offering a sensorial experience that fosters genuine connections.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Welcome feedback openly, presume positive intentions, and maintain a growth-oriented mindset. Collaborate and be varied with communication styles as well as individual personalities within the team.
  • Team Culture & Support: Offer direction, mentorship, and encouragement to your colleagues, cultivating a team culture that is both positive and inclusive.
  • Problem-Solving & Adaptability: Support & assist with all store operations, policies, and procedures, taking the initiative by solving problems and putting the customer's needs first.
Requirements
  • Strong communication skills and creative problem-solving ability.
  • Entrepreneurial attitude with a background in a sales-driven environment.
  • Mindset focused on customer satisfaction (internal and external customers).
  • Interest in skincare, body care, and fragrance is beneficial.
  • Adaptability and flexibility are recommended.
  • Basic Technology Skills.
