Mixing Technician

Position Overview

Kemps is in search of a meticulous and committed Mixing Technician to oversee the precise formulation of blends in accordance with production timelines and specifications. The Mixing Technician will be responsible for ensuring that all mixing processes are executed efficiently, maintaining a thorough understanding of operational protocols to facilitate a seamless flow from mixing tanks.

COMPENSATION: Up to $27.13/hour

WORK SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday, 2am - 10am, with potential variations in start times and occasional weekend and holiday shifts.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED is preferred Proficiency in basic arithmetic operations including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division Ability to successfully complete all pre-employment assessments, including drug testing and background checks Capability to lift, push, pull, stand, walk, climb, and crouch, with the ability to handle weights up to 50 pounds Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced work environment Willingness to work in a wet environment Possible exposure to dust, fumes, and cleaning agents
