About the Job

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team at Compass Group, North America. As a Dishwasher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our kitchen and dining areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and utensils to ensure a clean and safe environment for our customers.
  • Operate dishwashing machines and equipment to ensure efficient and effective cleaning.
  • Polish silverware and other metal items to a high shine.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including sweeping and mopping floors and cleaning worktables and equipment.
  • Assist with food preparation and service as needed.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and sanitation.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
