Canvass Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Canvass Manager to join our team. As a Canvass Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of canvassers who will go door-to-door speaking with voters in their own communities across the state.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project leadership to implement an innovative door-to-door canvassing operation in your assigned state.
• Recruit, train, and manage canvassers remotely, including pre-packet briefings, virtual office hours, and post-packet debriefings.
• Work with the project's Training Director to implement, adjust, and improve the remote training program.
• Will be required to work extended hours, with the expectation of 6-day, 60-hour weeks including evenings and weekends.

Requirements:

• Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with a team.
• Access to a strong internet connection, reliable computer, and a cell phone.
• Strong desire to help turn out Democratic voters.
• Working knowledge of VoteBuilder and MiniVAN preferred.
• Prior volunteer or paid canvasser management is a bonus.
