Job Summary

Cummins-Wagner Co Inc is seeking a skilled Pump Mechanic - Industrial Equipment Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our EESCO Service Department, you will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of high-speed rotating equipment, including centrifugal pumps, air handling fans, and electric motors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Disassemble and inspect high-speed rotating equipment to identify areas for repair and maintenance
  • Perform precision measuring and recording of critical mechanical dimensions
  • Write detailed condition reports and communicate with customers and shop management
  • Requisition repair parts and assemble, install, and test serviced equipment
  • Conduct on-site troubleshooting and provide practical care and utilization of company vehicles, equipment, and tooling
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in all phases of repair and service to high-speed rotating equipment
  • Superior communication, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Goal-oriented behaviors and time management principles
  • Ability to operate test/measuring equipment and possess sufficient hand tools experience
  • Basic experience with computers preferred
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs unassisted and 100 lbs assisted
  • High school diploma/GED equivalent
  • Pass background and reference checks, as well as a drug test
