Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect, service, and repair cardiopulmonary equipment in assigned territories.
  • Perform preventive maintenance within scheduled time frames to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Sell service business within the territory and work closely with sales to maintain a strong LivaNova presence.
  • Provide corrective maintenance on equipment and ensure quality standards are met or exceeded.

Requirements
  • 2 years of technical college or equivalent education.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Field Service Representative or Hospital Technician.
  • Strong organizational and territory management skills.
  • Ability to manage self and use logical methods to identify and solve equipment-related problems.
  • Excellent customer relations skills and ability to relate well to a wide variety of people.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills relating to solving equipment problems.
  • Availability for call 24/7 and ability to lift 0-50 lbs.
